Recent Projects carried out by T&A Civil Engineering and Building Contractors
- Villierstown Community Development – Renovation of an existing two storey derelict dwelling and the construction of a part two storey / part single storey extension to the side and rear for use as an Enterprise centre and Montessori School.
- Blackwater Distillery, Lismore – Conversion of a retail / hardware store into a distillery with a visitor centre.
- Fermoy Primary Care Centre – T&A acted as the main groundworks contractors for the development of a multi-million-euro primary care centre at the Island Mills Complex in Fermoy.
- Teagasc, Moorepark, Fermoy – T&A acted as the main groundworks contractors for the development of Teagasc National Food Innovation Hub in Fermoy.
- St. Catherine’s GAA, Ballynoe – Construction of a new build gym, a floodlit walkway and a new entrance.
- O’Connell Group – Construction of eight new loading bays in two sections and an extension to the existing warehouse.
- Ballynoe N.S – Construction of a new build mainstream classroom with ensuite toilets.
- Kilmagner N.S – Construction of two new build single story extensions, comprising of a mainstream classroom and a resource room.
- Ballincurrig N.S – Construction of a new school hall and a new senior play area in tarmac and an extended junior play area.
- Housing Development at Mitchellsfort Watergrasshill – T&A acted as the main groundworks contractors for the development of sixteen houses in Watergrasshill.
- Dean Rock Housing Estate, Togher, Cork – Construction of 65 No. residential housing units with associated site works. T&A were the Groundworks Contractors for the project.
